Marriage has its ups and downs and requires effort on the part of both partners to be successful. However, there are situations where it seems no amount of effort on your part improves your relationship. If your partner is affected by a personality disorder such as sociopathy or psychopathy (many use the term interchangeably), the relationship can be a bewildering, hurtful, and destructive experience. Sociopaths differ from the rest of us in their mental "hard wiring," leading them to behave in ways we may not be able to understand or relate to, and that hurt us very deeply. While only a licensed mental health professional can diagnose a Panic Attacks here are 9 signs that Anxiety Cure can look for if you have suspicions about your partner:

1. Failure to conform to social norms. The sociopath Anxiety Cure believes that the laws of society simply don't apply to him or her. There is a tendency toward criminal behavior and pushing the boundaries of what is socially acceptable behavior.

2. Lack of remorse. A sociopath does not have the same "conscience" that the rest of us possess. Guilt is a foreign concept. As a result, a sociopath may actually feel entitled to take advantage of and hurt others, because they look down upon the weak who "deserve" the treatment. If the sociopath tries to mimic guilt, it is just that, an acting performance, and is typically geared toward convincing you they care for their own benefit and advantage.

3. Poor impulse and behavioral control. Sociopaths are big about instant gratification, and tend to behave compulsively. This may lead to drug or alcohol addiction, and/or Anxiety Cure promiscuity.

4. Consistent irresponsibility. These individuals may have difficulty holding down a steady job, paying bills on time, and/or honoring commitments.

5. A tendency toward boredom. There is actually some research that suggests that the fight or flight response in sociopaths may be muted or altered. This may lead toward risky behaviors and a need for greater stimulation.

6. Aggressive behavior, as evidenced by fistfights or other violent behavior. Not all sociopaths are physically violent, however.

7. Deceitfulness, conning, and manipulation. The sociopath may be an accomplished liar, using deceit to get what he or she wants. Frequently, sociopaths adopt a parasitic lifestyle whereby they exploit and con others into taking care of their finances and other needs.

8. Shallow emotional depth. There may be oodles of charm and charisma there, but true depth and substance of emotion is lacking.

9. Exaggerated sense of self worth. The sociopath may exaggerate accomplishments, behave disdainfully toward others, and have a sense of superiority.

THE SYMPTOMS

For me it started with heart palpitations. My thoughts immediately steered to fear. Then my throat would become dry so I could not swallow. Then my body would feel "weird". Dizziness and blurred vision. By this time I was convinced that I was about to die. I kept waiting for the symptoms to get worse and they did. I use to suffer from panic attacks so badly that I had to go to the hospital by ambulance. I was so embarrassed when the doctor checked me and told me that there was nothing wrong with me. When I had to go grocery shopping I would get a funny feeling in my stomach before I left the house. Once I got inside the grocery store I felt like I had to run out or else I would become overwhelmed. I dreaded the thought that I might have a panic attack in public. I had to talk to myself and prayed up and down each and every aisle of the store. I knew that if I ran out, my family would not have food and I would have to start all over again. The people in the store had no idea the personal torture I was experiencing. People at church had no idea how hard it was to sit in a large crowd.

AWARENESS

When the symptoms Panic Attacks started, I had no idea what was happening to me. One day I was watching T.V. and some people were on a show talking about the symptoms and the light went on, "That's me! That's what I have been going through". That was the beginning of my healing! Knowledge is power. I thank God that He allowed me to turn to the channel and hear those people talking. I also helped me to know that I was not alone. I suppose that those of you who suffer from the effects of anxiety are glad to hear that you are not alone.

Steps to Overcoming

1) READ

Read as much as possible about anxiety and understand what are some of the causes. (Email me for link to books).

2) PROFESSIONAL HELP

Go to a counselor or therapist to get to the bottom of the anxiety. The physical discomforts are trying to get your attention - Pay attention to a greater dis-ease within. Pray for God to send you to the right person. He will.

3) RELAXATION

Listen to a tape or CD for RELAXATION This was one of the things that helped me
tremendously. I needed to reprogram my mind with positive and true statements that were life giving and empowering. Click below for CD's and cassette tapes to help you overcome anxiety and panic attacks. Breathing correctly is a part of relaxation.

4) EXERCISE

Physical exercise has tremendous value. It releases chemicals that generate good feelings, called pheromones. It's good to feel good!

5) HEALING IN GOD'S WORD

Meditate on scriptures that enhance your trust in God. One scripture that helps me when I really let it sink in is: Matthew 5:25-34. Am I not more than a bird to God? You better believe it and so are you! Birds don't work or store up food yet God takes care of them. Wow! The next time you see a bird think about that!

6) MAP YOUR JOURNEY

Create a time line by drawing on a sheet of paper when your first signs of discomfort started. Write down what major events happened at that same time. Note the year/date. Go back as far as you can. This process helps you to take a bird's eye view of your life. When I did this exercise, I found that the first time I experienced a full panic attack was in 1984 and I had just made a major move from someone very dear to me. I also discovered that there agoraphobia before any panic attack ever appeared. Do this it will help you understand what has been going on and what triggers extreme anxiety. (You may need to use than one piece of paper).

7) God's Power to Heal

Remember,God still heals. We must let go of all the passed disappointments, and betrayals. God is not like any human being with whom we have had a relationship. God faithful and just. Jesus walked this earth so you Anxiety Cure talk to Him about yours trials. Pray as the early disciples did, "Lord, increase my faith". FAITH is the opposite of anxiety. Faith not only pleases God but keeps us trusting in God's fatherly care. I am a witness!! Praise God!

How To Overcome Autism and Anxiety On Socialization

Children with autism are often misunderstood, especially when it comes to autism Panic Anxiety anxiety on socialization and its not surprising that the most loving parents can make Panic Anxiety mistakes.

The body of information about this condition is vast, but some of it is conflicting. This can leave even the best parents feeling confused and overwhelmed. One thing no parent wants to see is his or her child is suffering in any way. When it comes to autism and anxiety of socialization, there is some conflicting information out there about the children and what they might really want to accomplish.

For a long time it was thought that children with autism did not want to socialize. Some parents Panic Anxiety feel bad about trying to get them to relate to other children their age, as it brought about a lot of frustration for the child. Autistics can lack many of the basic social skills needed to make and keep friends. They arent good with eye contact, initiating conversations, and relating to peoples emotions. Even some children who do not have this condition can have problems in these areas sometimes.

For a long time it was thought that autistic children did not seek out or did not want to develop these types of social relationships, and would rather be alone. There have been many studies that have proven this theory to be false. They do want to relate, and sometimes they want this very badly, but they just dont know how to go about it. This, as you can imagine, leads to enormous amounts of frustration for the child, and of course, for the parents. The anxiety that comes with this can be overwhelming and might cause setbacks.

People mistakenly think these children prefer to stay away from their peers because they show signs of preferring the company of adults they know, or they seem to show a preference to play by themselves. This isnt necessarily a preference for many of them. They simply cannot handle the anxiety of trying to build and maintain relationships that they do not have the skills to hang on to.

Avoidance and withdrawal are their way of coping with the overwhelming anxiety of the situation. A child thrown into this situation without preamble or warning will suffer great anxiety and frustration. However, knowing how to proceed can be difficult for any parent. Sometimes, there are no easy answers.

Each child has to be evaluated individually. There are some great programs that help children with the basics of socialization before they are presented with actually trying it. Some children have severe problems, and the choice to put them into special educational classes does have drawbacks, but putting a low-functioning child into regular classes has huge drawbacks as well.

Though taking time to evaluate a child before making a decision will help, you can never really eliminate the effects of autism and anxiety on socialization for a child with this condition. You just have to keep up, readjust when needed, and give them all the support you can.
